Shot Early in the morning in Barcelona Spain, I loved how the light was starting to come around the buildings in the area. The archway is a very famous landmark and even at 6am I had to wait a bit to get a shot without anyone in it. The Yellow tone and details in this piece really stand out on the prints, and make you really stop to look hard at the image.

Doing a river walk I just happened to look up and saw the converging lines of this building near one of Chicago’s draw bridges. I liked the symmetry of the corner of this building but wanted just a hint of the location of this photo. I like pairing this photo with “Silicon Reflections” another building photo of Chicago.

Another shot in the Alhambra in Spain. I shot this on actual black and white film using a yellow filter. The intricate texture of the columns and arches were just perfect for this medium.
